POLICIES
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order to your original payment method.
All returns must be approved by Landwehr prior to return shipping. Please email paige@shoplandwehr.com with your order number and reason for return to authorize a refund. Please include your original invoice in your return package and keep record of your tracking information. A credit will be issued as soon as possible upon receipt and inspection of your return. Depending on your banking institution, your credit may take 1-5 business days to return to your account.
-Items must be returned in unused, unworn, undamaged condition, and with original packaging or tags, in order to be refunded.
-Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
-Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
-Sale items are final sale and non refundable.
-All accessories including jewelry, bandanas, keychains, hats are final sale and non refundable.
-All vintage is sold as-is and is non refundable.
We charge a flat rate shipping charge of $8.95 on every order under $75. Orders that are $75-$149 are charged $11.95. All orders over $150 have free shipping.
Your order will ship within 3 business days of being placed via Fedex, UPS, or USPS.
We currently only ship to the U.S.
If you receive an item broken or damaged, please email us at paige@shoplandwehr.com within 24 hours of receiving your items with your order number and a photo of the damage/defect. We will direct you on how to proceed with a refund/return.
Please email paige@shoplandwehr.com within 24 hours if you need to cancel or change your order. We will do our best to accommodate but will not be able to make any changes if the order has already been processed and shipped.
